Monster Fest is the annual one day classic horror convention held in early Oct. at the Chesapeake Central Library (298 Cedar Road, Chesapeake, VA).

Monster Fest is a small local one day event, for fans of classic horror and monsters in film and literature.

Started in 2003 by Clayton Sayre and Rob Floyd, Monster Fest continues to grow bigger and better each year with vendors, in depth panel discussions, special guests, Horror Hosts,trick or treating for the kids, a horror costume contest and a classic horror movie marathon up on the big screen!

Monster Fest is always Free! There is Never an admission fee!

Monster Fest is the only classic horror event in south eastern VA and is not to be missed!
